The commercial engine behind the sovereign knowledge infrastructure.
Pond Enterprise (ACN 694747987) is an Australian registered company specialized in Web3 infrastructure consultancy.
We build permanent, decentralised public knowledge systems.
Our Mission
The internet was never designed to last. Links rot. Servers go down. Companies disappear. The knowledge stored on today's centralized platforms is more fragile than a clay tablet.
We exist to change that. Using Arweave's permanent storage network and the D-Code Model (the world's most advanced bibliographic engine), we help institutions build knowledge infrastructure that genuinely cannot be destroyed. Not by budget cuts. Not by corporate acquisitions. Not by censorship.
Our flagship project, The World Library, is the proof of concept: a permanent, sovereign digital library powered by the D-Open Code Sovereign Licence, and we built every layer of it. It has been running live on Arweave since 2024, and is now launching on Kickstarter in June 2026 ↗.
Core Principles
- Permanence over convenience. We don't build for today's infrastructure. We build for the next 250 years.
- Sovereignty over scale. No dependency on AWS, Google, or any centralised provider.
- Legal clarity over technical ambiguity. Every system we ship comes with a binding legal framework.
- Human knowledge over algorithmic output. We certify human authorship. No AI-generated content enters our libraries.
Pr. Data Pond
Knowledge belongs to everyone, or it belongs to no one. Pr. Data Pond has spent years turning that principle into working infrastructure: the D-Open Code Sovereign Licence, the D-SAFE standard, the D-Code Model, and The World Library. Each layer is designed to make the privatisation of public knowledge structurally impossible.
The D.I.C. + K framework stands for Decentralized, Integral, Common, Knowledge-certified. It is not a policy. It is a binding constraint: the legal equivalent of Arweave's immutability, applied to the rights of every reader on earth.
"Every morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most."
