Pond Enterprise is a Web3 infrastructure consultancy specialising in permanent, decentralised public knowledge systems. We design, deploy, and maintain the full stack — from Solidity contracts to TypeScript SDKs to legal frameworks.
Our Mission
The internet was never designed to last. Links rot. Servers go down. Companies disappear. The knowledge stored on today's centralized platforms is more fragile than a clay tablet.
We exist to change that. Using Arweave's permanent storage network and EVM blockchain governance, we help institutions build knowledge infrastructure that genuinely cannot be destroyed — not by budget cuts, not by corporate acquisitions, not by censorship.
Our flagship project, DataPond.Earth, is the proof of concept. It's a live, permanent, sovereign digital library — and we built every layer of it.

The D.I.C. + K framework — Decentralized, Integral, Common, Knowledge-certified — was designed to be the legal equivalent of Arweave's technical permanence: a binding constraint that prevents any entity from privatising public knowledge.
